## FAQ
### Why pay when Alibaba is free?
Every supplier here has had its licence, legal representative and WeChat contact checked, prices are shown by tier, and there is no commission on deals, so you negotiate directly. You pay only when you want a supplier's direct contact.

### What exactly do I get when I unlock?
The contact channels the supplier chose to share (WeChat, WhatsApp, email) and an opening message in Chinese built from your estimate. Unlocked contacts stay in your account.

### What if the supplier doesn't answer?
Between day 7 and day 30 after unlocking, press "No reply" and the credit returns, within monthly limits. A supplier's response rate is shown on their profile.

### What if a supplier is suspended?
If we suspend a supplier, you get a credit back for each contact you unlocked in the last 180 days that was not already credited.

### Do credits expire?
Pack and top-up credits last 12 months. Plan credits roll over up to a monthly cap while you stay subscribed, and stay usable for 60 days after a plan ends.

### Can I cancel?
Yes, in one click from your account. The plan ends at the end of the period; unlocked contacts, lists, notes and history stay yours.

### Do you take a commission?
No. Orders and payments happen directly between you and the supplier. Gami does not handle payments.

### Is VAT included?
No, prices exclude VAT and are for business accounts. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge.
