These terms govern your use of Gami (meetgami.com), operated by TODO: legal entity name.
1. What Gami is
Gami is a catalogue of Chinese suppliers for foreign buyers. We connect you with suppliers; any deal is made directly between you and the supplier, outside Gami. Gami does not process payments between you and suppliers, is not a party to your orders, takes no commission and does not guarantee any transaction.
2. What "verified" means
Before listing, we check a supplier's business licence, the identity of its legal representative, its tie to the company and its WeChat contact. "Verified" describes what was checked on a given date. It is not a guarantee of quality, delivery, legality of goods or the supplier's future behaviour. Prices, MOQ and order estimates are indicative and not binding; final terms are agreed with the supplier. Check suppliers carefully and prefer secure payment terms.
3. Accounts
You must give accurate information, use a work email (disposable addresses are refused), keep your password secret and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person or company should not create multiple accounts to obtain welcome credits more than once.
4. Credits and unlocks
Browsing, estimates, comparisons and reviews are free. Unlocking a supplier's contact uses one credit. An unlock cannot be undone and the contact stays available in your account. Credits have the validity stated on the pricing page. If a supplier does not reply, or the contact is invalid, credit may be returned under the rules shown in the product; abuse of these rules may lead to limits or suspension. Prices exclude VAT.
5. Acceptable use
Do not circumvent the platform to avoid paying for contacts, scrape supplier data, share unlocked contacts publicly, send spam or abusive messages to suppliers, post false reviews, or try to access other users' data. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
6. Reviews
Only buyers who unlocked a supplier can review it, after a waiting period. Reviews must be honest and about your experience. We may hide reviews that break these terms. If you received free credits for a review, this is shown next to it.
7. Liability
Gami is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for losses from deals between you and suppliers, for supplier conduct, or for indirect damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and the service; material changes are announced here. You can stop using Gami at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts of the controller's seat have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules.
